Cinque Terre

Cinque Terre (cinque terre meaning the five villages) is a strech of 5 villages (400 year old farming villages) along the coast of Italy. Our school included the trip as part of tuition so that was a bonus in which we got to all got to travel and hangout there together.

Kallyn and I decided to take the train to to Monterosso and hike to Venetzza because rumor had it that was the most challenging but beautiful part. So we set out with a few other girls and Tony.

Rumor was completely true...

Hiking:

Enjoying a much deserved:
After the hike we took the cheap little train back to Monterosso to enjoy the rest of the afternoon on the beach soaking up the sun. Our refreshing drinks were made from freshly cut fruit and
enjoyed by six girls.

Before heading back, Kallyn and I got a late lunch at this resturant overlooking the water. We ordered bruchetta that had the world famous pesto on it and it truely was the best! I probably will forever crave this pesto and recommend it to anyone who travels to Cinque Terre.

A little video I took on the hike >>>
